Adoption Situation

Just passing along another adoption situation posted yesterday. This is one of the agencies we were networking with last time. I love sliding scale fees! Act swiftly if you're interested - this baby is due next week!!!

"Premier Adoption Agency is working with a birthmother due with an African American baby, gender unknown, November 17, 2011 in the state of Nevada. She is not open to single parent homes or same sex couples. She would like letters and pictures exchanged through the agency after placement, she would like a family who is open to visitation after placement, she is unsure if she would like this but would like the opportunity if she changes her mind. The birthmother has not received prenatal; she is currently awaiting her medicaid approval and will be seeing a doctor or going to the hospital as soon as it’s received. She denies drugs and alcohol during pregnancy. The birthfather supports the adoption plan and will be signing a relinquishment of parental rights. Birthmother is married; we do not have contact information for her husband, his rights will need to be terminated in court. Her living expenses are estimated to be around $5,000. Agency fees are sliding scale, depending on income: $13,500 to $21,500.
