I didn't know that! Didn't you tell the BCI people that it was for an adoption? Why didn't they stop you?? Why didn't the adoption agency tell you that?
Yeah we told them it was for adoption and we already had the fingerprints from last year so they submitted it to the FBI. By the time we called LDSFS to tell them it was coming, it was too late to cancel the submission at the BCI office. :( Lorna did say it might come in use if we need ICPC clearance though, so here's to hoping?!?!?!...hardly something to hope for...
