Sadly I wasn't there to take the pictures of my kids sitting with santa this year. I was taking a much needed break at the movies while Ron took the kids to a local event with a santa visit. Ron reports that both kids were good and there was no kicking or screaming when they visited the jolly elf. The only problem is we only have three pictures with santa this year:
But I can't complain. My sanity requires I spend time away once in a while.
Christmas morning at our house was a nice quiet day. We had no plans other than church for an hour which was good because the kids were worn out from visitors and going and doing stuff.

Then we went to the basement where santa left a surprise for ZJ - his very own dinosaur 4-wheeler! It was love at first sight:

Such cute little kids - so fun to have them to spoil on holidays.
